Our sundried tomato halves are great for adding to recipes. Use by soaking to rehydrate and add to salads or add to your recipes and rehydrate whilst cooking in sauces.
Our Sun-Dried Tomatoes don't contain any pesticides and preservatives apart from rock salt therefore we suggest using them as an ingredient in your recipes rather then eating as a snack on its own. Sun - Dried means that these tomatoes are dried under the sunshine naturally so that all the nutritional values are kept by the time you receive them.
No Sulphur or any other preservatives are used on these sun-dried tomatoes. It has just rock salt on it to preserve them from going bad. Therefore we suggest rinsing them before use. We recommend to keep them for 1 hour in water and rinse before use. . This way you can balance the salt you use when cooking.
