At Anthap, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, our return process is subject to specific conditions.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please make sure to contact us within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it meets the return conditions and process your refund accordingly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:
  • Perishable goods (such as cheese, butter, or any products that require refrigeration)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items on sale

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have (following the instructions above), and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
