Ground Cinnamon is perhaps the most popular type of cinnamon, it can be used in baking for a subtle, warming spice that tastes just like Christmas.
Cinnamon can be added to recipes or drinks however, please note that due to the nature of this product it doesn’t dissolve in liquid and may form clumps. If it does, it will not affect the overall flavour.
We would recommend using it for baking and dessert recipes or adding it to smoothies where the ingredient is not required to dissolve.
